Beyond that it is killing Yaungol and Elementals up the main hill on the Timeless Isle. Pick up the Quest, kill anything down on the lowlands you need to for the pet drops or toys, then make your way up the hill from the Eastern Side.
Kill everything as you go, especially Huolon and make your way if you can to the Ordon Sanctuary. From here, a full clear of the main square and then around the back makes an almost continuous loop of spawns that will get you around rep a run. Keep at it until you get bored, and don't forget to loot all the corpses for Timeless Coin. All up, you are looking at hours of cattle to the slaughter to reach Exalted, even longer if you can't get to the Sanctuary.
Buying Time-Lost Artifact at Honoured is well worth the time saved on the awful flight paths to get to the Timeless Isle.
Using Commendations Be careful! One of your main sources of these is killing cows, which also give you rep. Get to , to also get the pet and trinket first and then spend as many Timewarped Badge on Commendation of Emperor Shaohao as you need, the grind is brutal. As end of expansion content, the Timeless Isle has a huge amount of drops on offer, as well as Reputation to be gained with Emperor Shaohao and Order of the Cloud Serpent.
You need to be spending a large chunk of your time here in Phase 2. As you will be doing at least 9 for the Achievement, possibly more trying to get Polyformic Acid Science you should get into Revered.
Then do another 10 Dungeons or so to reach Exalted. Just consider it an Extra like all the rest. Even if you already have the 12 Turtles via a Pandaren character lvl40 or above you need these guys at Exalted for Pandaren Ambassador and Pandaren Kite String Reins of the Crimson Cloud Serpent from Glory of the Pandaria Hero is not overly hard, but you will need some friends for a few of the Achievements.
As you should have completed the lion's share of your Raid Achievements by now start adding a few dungeon runs into your Extras and you'll have this done in no time. Another Ring! A different twist on Pet Battles, these legendary Beasts of Fable can still be quite difficult to beat.

Then back to Townlong Steppes and Dust to Dust , continue through all the chains and you will be a long way into Revered, reaching Exalted a few days later. Enjoy your Reins of the Amber Scorpion No matter how bad your luck, if you stuck with it you have reached Exalted with all the Pandaren Factions and have finally earned Pandaren Kite String from Pandaren Ambassador No more killing bugs, no more slaughtering cows, no more smashing statues, no more wonky AI. Time to move on. Only The Celestial Tournament remains, but almost no more too.
Go for a ride and squash bugs. Journey to one of four sub zones and squash other lifeforms too. You can collect Dread Amber Shards for a small boost to Reputation along the way.
